Protein Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Even fitness freaks love their cookies and there is no reason why you can’t have healthy high protein whey peanut butter cookies that taste great. Here is a great recipe that makes healthy protein peanut butter cookies that are low in carbs and sugar, plus provide a great way to incorporate your whey into a healthy snack choice.

The best part about this recipe is it’s fast, convenient and only uses a few ingredients. We even promise they taste great. Taste matters, and the one thing that always bothers me about store bought high protein snacks is they are dry, dry, dry and either terribly bland or they hide the carbs and sugar on the label. But not so with these protein peanut butter cookies. They are 100% natural, high in protein and dirt cheap to make.

Protein Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe – What You’ll Need

2 Whole Eggs
Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Stevia or your choice of sugar substitute
3/4 Cup 100% all Natural Peanut Butter
3/4 Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

Grab a mixing bowl – and start by mixing together all the wet ingredients first. Then add in the Vanilla Extract. Scoop in the Peanut Butter but don’t forget to lick your fingers :) . Then finally add in your Whey and stir it up good.

Then spray a cookie sheet, with some no stick spray, and place the protein peanut butter balls (about ping ball size) on to the sheet and use a fork to squish them into cookie shape – Bake preheated at 350 for about 8 minutes and enjoy.
